Take your time when you eat. Most people are in such a hurry that they gulp down their food, and rush off to do something else. Eating slowly gives you time to digest your food, and register a sense of fullness.
I love cooking and frequently find healthy recipes from Food Network, Pinterest, or other cooking sites/blogs. Is there an easy way to upload recipes that I make to make sure that I am tracking calorie counts correctly? It would be awesome if somebody could teach me a simple way to do this. Please let me know if this is feasible.
