The most delicious, healthy treat EVER!
This shake is so tasty and satisfying. When I feel like having something a little sweet this shake delivers fiber, protein and deliciousness and keeps me on track with the TLS program, staying in "fat burning mode!" I recently added a bit of Mochatonix, a couple of ice cubes and a hand full of spinach in a blender and- WOW!! Yum.

SO AMAZING!!!
I have been giving my kids 14 and 12 years old these shakes in the morning before school. They are soooo good! My boy is so picky but loves them as well!. This keeps them full until lunch. This makes me happy to know they feel full for a good 3 to 4 hours.
