Best around
Love both the chocolate and vanilla nutrition shakes! They are satisfying with just milk, or with peanut butter or fruit! I have one a day for lunch and am satisfied! Can't wait to try the cookies and cream!

Best Shake Ever...
I use it as meal replacement for breakfast every morning. I will not be without it. The chocolate tastes great (and I have had some bad shakes from other companies). The TLS shakes are out of this world - and they work!

Love my SHAKES
TLS Shakes-the best-yummy tasting-19 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber-I use it as a meal or a snack!

We love these shakes and use them in so many ways. They can be used as a protein and fiber boost in pancakes and other great recipes and simply for a mid-day snack when you need a healthy alternative.
