expiration date
I love this product! I just found a container I haven't used but the expiration date is 5/19. Can I still use it?

We are so happy to hear how much you love the product! Since the expiration date was a year ago, we wouldn't suggest consuming it. Even if unopened it will still lose potency.

Love these shakes...especially the chocolate!
This product has helped me curb my appetite and let go of 15 pounds when used in conjuction with the TLS program. They taste great too. I usually have one a day now even on my regular routine.

Losing weight with TLS Shakes
My wife and I have started using the vanilla or choc0late as a lunch replacement, We add a frozen banana and fresh berries. I was surprised how good they taste and we lose weight.

Great Tasting Protein Shake with Fiber
This is one of my favorite protein shakes. I add Fairlife Milk 2% - 8 ounces, crushed ice, a packet of Vanilla and put in the nutrabullet and it’s delicious. For the Chocolate, I add Fairlife Chocolate Milk- 8 ounces, crushed ice, and a packet. It’s delicious, great quality protein, plus fiber, and very satisfying. For a change, I’ll add frozen strawberries, bananas, or other frozen fruit instead of ice.
