I had just finished up my time in the Army and there I was, feeling lost and confused about my purpose. My personal and mental health problems led to a deep depression and as a result put on some pounds. I decided to start TLS 30 Day Jump Start Program as a way to gain some clarity and reset my mindset. Now I feel great, because I was able to re-gain clarity, reset my habits, mind body and spirit but most of all the impact I have on others by leading by example. I’ve found that even when I am challenged in life and thrown curve balls that are outside of our control, the one thing I have control over is what I feed my body.
